Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A mobile, self-contained cable-oil-treatment unit is being supplied by British Insulated Callender's Construction Co. Ltd., 7 Mayday Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey, to the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait.

Built on a Bedford 4 x 4 chassis it is equipped with a 15 kVA diesel-electric generator mounted in a separate compartment to drive the oil degasifying unit. The latter is used for cable installation and maintenance work on oil-filled cables.

The vehicle also carries the necessary ancillary equipment for this work including vacuum pumps, impregnating and drain bottles and so on. A workbench provides storage for tools and fittings and there is a length of cable on a drum for alternative mains supply when available.

Air conditioning equipment has been fitted to cater for climatic conditions in the Middle East and the vehicle has a double-skin thermally insulated body, specially designed by the Outside Testing Department of the BICC company.
