The growth over the years although modest by multi national standards has allowed a substantial bank of knowledge to accumulate in the specialised area of business pursued by the company throughout it's 20 years of trading. Curtain siders and other side access vehicles are still the mainstay of the company's production. A further benefit of the controlled growth pattern is that the personalities remain the same, Lawrence Marshall, the founder, remains managing director with a particular flair for concept design and sales, Brian Timpson heads the technical team, Peter Withinshaw takes care of finance and systems and Geoff Drane, the sales director, has been with the company from the early days.
