Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FL7 32-tonner to its fleet equipped with a K&J Wit hey steel muckaway body and the first of Hyva's new range of underfloor tipping gear.

The UTS 32 design is suitable for bodies from 6.0m to 8.4m long and for chassis widths from 760 to 960mm.

Twin four-stage rains are connected to a high-tensile steel folding stabiliser frame that spreads the load across the truck chassis. It adds 590kg including oil, to the unladen weight. Hyva uses a parallel ladder-type lower frame; the top section tapers to a point between the rams under the body. Maximum angle is up to 55°.

Operating at 200bar the new system is 2.2m long by 290mm high when mounted on the chassis. The rams butt forward at 45 astride the propshaft and have a combined working volume of 38 litres.

A Hino-mounted version will be shown at the Tipcon show (see next week's issue for a full report).
