Let me explain. There are secrets between manufacturer — but all the information the NEB seeks is readily available from a number of sources.
All they have to do is gathel it up. But there is an easier way.
The manufacturers swop thi type of info that NEB seeks, so as the holding company for BL they already have it up at Leyland, maybe even at 174 Marylebone Road, which is no too far from NEB offices at Grosvenor Gardens SW1.
