SHELVOKE and Drewery has won orders worth £5 million which will push up the company's production rates to full capacity.
Managing director Stanley Quin said that the company had been forced to look overseas for more orders because the home market was depressed by cuts in public expenditure.
The company efforts have been helped by the formation of a special products division said to be helping to open up new outlets.
