KWIKASAIR Ltd has taken delivery of 46 new D-Series Ford box vans and platform loaders worth more than £310,000. These together with a recently acquired fleet of new DAF prime movers brings the company's latest investment programme to over £1/2 million.

Garage face-lift

WORK has started on a new £1.3 million modernisation scheme for Glasgow's Larkfield bus garage aimed at making it one of the most modern garages in Britain.

The programme includes 40,000sqft of workshop space with 18 heated work pits and storage for 2,000 gallons of engine oil. The new facilities will also include storage for 15,000 gallons of dery and a new bus wash.
