Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two people died in a fire aboard the DFDS RO-RO ferry Tor Scandinavia on the Harwich-Gothenburg route last Monday. Five passengers were airlifted off the ship after fire spread through the passenger accommodation area, but the rest of the 660 people on board escaped unhurt.

None of the 16 freight loads were damaged by the blaze, which was brought under control five hours after its discovery. DFDS claims controller Kevin Arnold says that the mixed load of driveraccompanied freight, trailers and containers on board is typical of the freight carried by the ferry. A limited service is running on the route.
