THE WINNER of the light vehicle class of CM's Livery Competition was presented with his award in London last week.
Representing the winning company, International Paints, was transport manager Robert Witt. He was presented with a silver salver by CM's publishing director John Crookshank.
Another presentation also made was to the highest placed company using 3M Stirmur film in its livery. Frank Ware, assistant general manager of United Newspapers, was given a set of crystal glasses by 3M sales manager Trevor Hughes.
Next week in CM there will be a three-page colour report on the own-account and TIR classes of the competition.
In the hotly-contested ownaccount class, the decision went to Courage, who just beat second-placed Scot, the cooked meat people. Davis Freight Forwarding took first place in the TIR class.
