Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A rear-view mirror which can be rotated about its bracket to allow articulated vehicle drivers to see the trailer rear-end when reversing around corners has been introduced by Pele.

The Rota-view has a flat mirror 10in. by 6in, which gives a true image. The operating mechanism is housed in the mirror back plate and rotation is controlled by the driver via a heavy-duty cable fitted between the mirror and cabmounted hand-control knob.

One turn of the knob moves the mirror 45deg to the normal vision axis. When the knob is returned to the zero position the mirror automatically lines up for normal road use.
