• Vandalism and hooliganism on Great Yarmouth buses was bad and getting steadily worse Mr D. Arnold, chairman of the transport committee, told members last week. Bad language should not have to be tolerated and abuse and graffiti was now well beyond a joke. He called upon the public to report offenders and take advantage of a £10 reward scheme.
