AutomobiEwerke AG, of Brunswiek, and Krauss-Maffei AG, of Munich, have signed an agreement whereby Krauss-Maffei motorbuses will in future be fitted exclusively with Bussing diesel engines and drives. The new Bussing-Krauss-Maffei vehicles will be marketed by Biissing. Krauss-Maffei specialize in long-distance coaches. while Bussing build mainly urban-service units. Hitherto, most Krauss-Matlei integral passenger vehicles have had M.A.N. units.
