Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LANGDONS GROUP has been granted planning permission to build a new multi-million pound depot in Redolitch, Worcs.

Rob Swindells, Langdons director of sales and marketing, says the firm's current rented depot has always been too small for our requirements in the Midlands".

He adds: "To address this we have purchased a seven-acre site in the Park Farm district of Redditch on which there is currently a disused factory."

Construction will commence in early 2011 and will include storage facilities for 3,700 frozen pallets and 1,700 chilled pallet positions. Completion is expected by August 2011.
