Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The heavy van sector (2.6-3.5tomes GVW) continues to drive overall CV registrations. Despite a slight decline in August, heavy vans sales soared in September with a 21.1% year-on-year growth and a 15.1% rise for the year to date. Registrations of medium vans (1.8-3.5-tonnes GM) rose 15.9% in September, while light van registrations (up to 1.8 tonnes GVW) fell by 6%. The SMIVIT says there has been a distinct change in the fortunes of the two man manufacturers in this sector, with Ford's registrations growing and Vauxhall's registrations cooling, after a s1rong performance in 2003. This could be attributed to the popularity of be new Ford Fiesta van.
