Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Peterborough-based Murfitts Transport is set to register part of a huge new fleet abroad, but the company denies it is flagging out.

Murfitts will take delivery of more than 200 new lvecos over the next few months and a spokesman confirms that the company has been seeking advice on basing at least some of them in Holland. But he denies this means the company is flagging out.

Instead he says Murfitts is a European operation with premises already set up in Rotterdam and Milan, adding: "We are going through a major international expansion programme and in the process we are looking at the best places to base the vehicles."
