Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Foden has won its largest order from Scotland for Glasgow City Council. The local authority is taking 30 units, each fitted with Wasey regenerative traps and qualifying for £1,000 of VED rebate.

The bulk of the order is 26 Alpha 4x2 18tonne chassis-cabs with 215hp Cummins Bseries engines.

The units have specially designed swap bodies, allowing the council to switch from tippers to gritters.

Three 26-tonne 6x4 rigids are on order, powered by CAT C10 340hp engines and fitted with gritting bodies. Last in the order is a 6x4 405hp Cummins M11 tractor to be used as a mobile weighbridge testing unit.

All the vehicles will be delivered and working for Glasgow by the end of the year.
