Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

be offered with air deflector kits as standard from early next year. Scania is still finalising details but it is likely that the R360 will also be equipped with a roof-mounted spoiler and rear side deflectors.

R380s and more powerful variants will come with the Streamline cab as standard, first offered in the UK in spring 1991. At the time, Scania suggested the Streamline cab might replace the R cab in two years. The Streamline differs from the "regular" R cab in having a smoother re-designed grille, underbumper airdam, air deflectors in the headlamps surround and extended door panels covering the the cab steps. The changes result in a 12-15% improvement in aerodynamics with a corresponding reduction in fuel consumption.

Top-of-the-range 500 models are expected to get the Streamline cab with the Topline high-roof as standard. And 500s will also be equipped with the Tracker anti-theft device. It can be fitted in a number of places on a vehicle and there are no external indications that the system is on board. Tracker is operated in conjunction with the police, who will contact Tracker Network (UK) if the vehicle is reported stolen. The vehicle's transmitter can then be activated and its location pinpointed.

Scania prices across the board will rise by about 2% on 1 November, but, says the company, R model prices are not rising specifically because of the higher specification.

Scania has also launched "2+2", a two-year service and warranty package giving new Scania buyers free routine servicing and Ministry inspections for two years plus a two-year warranty. Full details of the scheme are available from Scania dealers.
