Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW concept in trailer construction has been undertaken by Eezion Ltd of Bedford. The company has had an order from the Iran Fertilizer Co for eight fixed-height turntable trailers which includes two With extendable chassis. Built primarily as a pole carrier providing a payload of 10.16 tonnes (10 tons) the centrally mounted square section chassis can be telescopically extended from 5.8m (19ft) to 13.3m (431t 6in). In shortened form, it will accept a flat wooden deck to serve a double purpose. The trailer will be used to transport poles, small-bore pipeline and similar loads during the expansion project of the chemical complex at Shiraz.
