Mobile inflator

DESIGNED to plug into any convenient air point, a new J.A.R. Airporter mobile tyre inflator can be used within a radius of 30 ft. Hose is paid out and rewinds automatically, and the gauge reads from 0 to 100 p.s.i. with 2 lb. graduations.

Stretcher trolley

RTICULARLY suitable for one-man

operated ambulances, a Morrison-Electricar variable-height stretcher trolley produced by Austin Crompton Parkinson Electric Vehicles Ltd. has a height range of 26 in. to 48 in. Adjustment of the trolley height to the height of the channel guides of the ambulance enables the stretcher to be rolled into the vehicle. Height variation also facilitates examination of recumbent patients without creating a disturbance. The channel members on which the stretcher is carried are elevated by a lever-operated scissors mechanism. The structure is of welded aluminium. •
