TAIL-LIFT MANUFACTURER Del Equipment (UK) has signed a deal with CV bodybuilder Bevan Group to maintain service levels in its aftersales network. Martin Saint, MD of Oxfordshire-based Del, said generating business made it difficult to manage its service network. The deal will enable Del to provide tailored service contracts, extended warranties and whole-life product support, as well as "the allimportant control and confidence in an aftersales partner that we need to support our ambitious
growth targets".
The Bevan partnership is a first for Del. Saint said: "Bevan shares our philosophy and understanding of excellent customer service, which makes it an ideal company to work with."
Bevan Group MD Anthony Bevan said Del is the undisputed market leader in its field. "It's the ideal partner to help underpin the growth strategy we are pursuing for the Bevan Group aftercare division," he said.
Bevan Group will continue to offer all brands of tail-lift.
