• This is the first official picture of the Leyland Daf 95XF first shown in Commercial Motor 10-16 October 1996. It will be launched at the Brussels Show in January.

Engines include a new 12.6-litre Daf unit which produces up to 476hp (355kW) and 1,512lbft (2,050Nm) of torque. It is mounted 100mm higher than the previous Daf 95 and uses fourvalves-per-cylinder technology with a highmounted camshaft instead of an overhead unit.
