• FSV Dormobile is on the brink of buying part of the Carlyle Group.
The Folkestone-based minibus and ambulance specialist is negotiating with liquidator Ernst & Young over the design rights, the jigs and fixtures for the bodywork for the Dennis Dart chassis.
About 150 Carlyle bodies were built on the Dennis Dart chassis before the West Midlands-based group went into voluntary liquidation last month (CM 17-23 Oct).
