A One Transport (Leeds) has been ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £190, after admitting using a semi-trailer with a defective nearside inner tyre. Huntingdon magistrates were told that more than 32 inches of the tyre was devoid of tread and that steel cords were exposed for around 16 inches.
