A 12 switch model p.s.v. lighting switchboard—type 482--being introduced by CAV will be fitted with thermal circuit breakers.

The body is a high-strength, vacuum-formed moulding and incorporates 12 Lucas rocker

type switches rated for 10amp at 24V and mounted in two banks of six units each.

Each switch circuit incorporates a circuit breaker, two extra breakers being provided for auxiliary circuits such as oil-pressure-warning lights. The switchboard also incorporates engine start and stop buttons.
