Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RUENTIN, I observed in a paper an illustration of a bus fitted for the carrying of perambulators which was being exported to New Zealand. This idea of suspending various articles at the front and, indeed, at the rear, of buses is a very old one, having been practised in Sweden for many years. Buses operated by the Swedish State Railways have arms fitted at the front and rear which enable up to 10 cycles to be carried, as well as a large amount of baggage.

Romford, Essex.
