• A self assessment questionnaire to help waste producers establish whether their wastes are handled correctly, and disposed of safely in accordance with the new Duty of Care legislation, is available from environmental consultants Aspinwall and Company.
The questionnaire is part of a package which also includes a explanation of the Duty of Care, a copy of the government's Duty of Care code of practice and a copy of the Sitefile Digest, a directory of all UK waste disposal facilities. It costs E350 (ex-VAT).
