• A coach park has opened at Spital Square, off Bishopsgate, in the City of London, with room for 20 vehicles. It is open six days a week (closed Saturday), from 07:00hrs to 19:00hrs.

• Delays are expected on the M61 due to resurfacing on an 8km section of the motorway between Junctions 6 (Aspull) and 8 (Chorley) starting on Monday 1 June.
Contraflows will leave only two lanes available in each direction; the work should be completed by the end of October.
