• Sturdy Corporation of America has established a UK base in Batley, West Yorks from which to market its vehicle road speed limiter.
The 89E Series heavy-duty limiter, of which more than 400,000 have been fitted worldwide, has a speed hold feature which the driver can set between 48km/h (30mph) and the fixed top speed.
For the installer a sealed port allows access for easy re-calibration for any change in legislation or for fleet preference.
It is available in 12 or 24V versions and provides a wide range of settings from 48192km/h (120mph).
