The latest additions to the fleet are two Pullman coaches. One of them is fitted with a kitchenette, a luncheon buffet and a lavatory and is built to seat 35people in bucket chairs ; it has been purchased for five, seven or 14-day tours. The other new vehicle is a 401 seater. Both these are six-wheeled ve, hides fitted with Westinghouse brakes.

To advertise its tours, Goodfellow Services. Ltd., placed one of these show coaches, a Thornycroft, on demonstration. A few days ago it took up a stand in the parking ground of the coal

pany in Cannon Street, and passers-by were invited to make a tour of inspection and, if they felt so disposed, to Place a copper in a hospital collecting box, to•benefit a -deserving charity. In this vehicle the kitchenette and lavatory are at the rear of the coach and the fresh-water supply is from if 40-gallon tank carried on the chassis frame. The seating arrangements are such that no fewer than 10 persons can be comfortably seated around the mahogany table erected in the centre of the body. When not in use, the side flaps can be lowered so as not to interfere with the movements of passengers. All the seats are 'upholstered in moquette and at the backs there are silver-plated ash-trays. Several machines are installed to enable passengers to purchase chocolates and cigarettes. For the accommodation of attaché cases and small personal luggage there are racks inside the coach, but heavy items, such as suit cases, are stowed on the roof. While travelling through the country passengers may enjoy music, as the equipment of the vehicle includes a portable wireless set and a gramophone.

Each Saturday Goodfellow Services, Ltd., dispatches coaches to Blackpool, North Wales, Scarborough, Aberyst., wyth, Morecambe and Southport, and passengers have the option of hooking for either single journeys, day returns, or long-date returns. This schedule will continue in operation throughout the summer and until September 7th.
