Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WEEK'S top truck is a 2007-registered Volvo FM tipper. The 8x4 is on an 07-plate, and it's got a D13A 12.81itre Euro-5 engine under the cab that is rated at 480hp. It's also got a 12-speed automated I-Shift transmission and a single-reduction option rear axle. Up top is the Globetrotter sleeper cab.

On the wheelbase, which is 5.1m and runs with alloy wheels, is a Wilcox alloy insulated body that is raised by an Edbro ram. Further additions include an electric sheeting system, air tailgate, chute, and a reverse and loading camera. And to top it all off there are Kelsa light bars on top of the cab and along the lower grille. The tipper is being sold by Bristol-based Paul Smart Transport, which ran the vehicle in Tarmac livery.

The used truck market has seen a gradual increase of dual-purpose tippers that can work aggregates while still coping with more robust environments. So a genuine insulated, asphalt tipper — complete with a spacious cab and robust engine — certainly stands out from the crowd.
