STOREMASTERS have been granted a wet bond by HM Custor and Excise for their Canning Town warehouse. This enables wi and spirit importers to defer payment of duty until they actua draw stock.

Storemasters are part of P&O Warehousing and Distribution Services, and this new wet-bond warehouse is one of the few in the London area to be supported by its own road transport fleet.

While the warehouse will be used by P&O Wine Services, one of the UK's leading wine and spirit forwarders, it is equally open to importers using other freight forwarding services.
