The portable IP65 Case-Inflate from Sheffield-based PCL (Pneumatic Components Ltd) only requires a compressed gas source-either air or nitrogen connected via an umbilical hose.
It comes complete with a 12V battery pack that allows fast, continuous 100% inflation/deflation for six hours. Charging time for the IP65 is seven hours.

MAKING ITS DEBUT at the CV Show was the MIDIspot QSVM 9000T spot-welding machine with mediumfrequency inverter operation and water cooling from Celette, which is claimed to greatly reduce energy usage compared to conventional devices.
It allows high welding currents with low fuse rating and is approved by the Employer's Liability Insurance Association.
There are also special programs for coated panels and panels still containing traces of paint or adhesive residue, including independent parallel resistance detection system and stabilising control.

Shock Doc
SHOCK ABSORBERS are often overlooked when it comes to servicing, but when worn they can contribute to negative handling characteristics and uneven tyre wear.
Aimed at conducting a fast evaluation, the handheld Shock Doc avoids the need for bulky test rigs. using a microprocessor to compare the manufacturer's damping characteristics data with the actual result from the shock absorber.
Operator instructions and results are displayed on an LCD screen and the unit comes with software and a serial port for connection to a PC.

THE STR200 laser wheel aligner from Supertracker uses Zigbee radio transmitting technology in place of cables to communicate between the laser measuring heads and the printer.
Fitting wheels from 12" to 24", it also features positive gravity wheel hangers for quick wheel fixing, accurate as driven on the road' readings of all measurements, and wheel hangers and measuring heads factorycalibrated as a unit to reduce set-up time by 60%.
The company believes the STR200 is the only aligner to combine laser technology with a printout option.
