• Target Travel of York, the minibus subsidiary of the AJS Group, has hit back against Reynard Buses with an hourly service along Reynard's prime route from Stamford Bridge.
Reynard launched "Proper Bus" services in York at the beginning of the year, and scooped the majority of contracts in April after extensive deregistrations by AJS subsidiary York City & District.
Target has launched two routes which build up to a halfhourly frequency at peak hours, and also compete against Ingleby. Coaches' route to Pocklington.
