Marketing director John Massey says its revised network gives each main Renault dealer a viable territory with potential sales of about 1,500 units per annum — if they achieve RTI's planned growth in market share, from just over 7% to about 10%.
Some of the surplus dealerships have agreed to continue as RTI parts and service operations.
