Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Liquids, Powders and Gas Transport of Batley, West Yorkshire, is taking delivery of the first three Belgian-built LAG spirit and solvent tankers to be sold in the UK.

Purpose-specified by LAG (UK), the non-insulated tanks are manufactured in 316 stainless steel to a self-supporting chassisless design. Two of the tanks have five compartments and capacities of 34,400 litres; the remaining vehicle has seven compartments and a capacity of 35,000 litres, All three tanks are Customs and Excise certified.

Roger Kaye, operatins manager of LPG, favours the stability offered by air suspensions, and SAF units are fitted to one of the LAG vehicles. The lightest of the three tankers has an unladen weight of 6.500kg.
