LIVESTOCK farming company, fined for using a vehicle on hich insufficient road tax had been paid, lost its High Court peal against conviction last week.
Two judges confirmed 6 deion by magistrates at NewNn, Powys, that the slaughter animals produced by Cambin Land Ltd, of Berth-ddu, 3ndinarn, amounted to a hange of character" in the Dduce.

In May, 1978, the magist rates had fined the company £10, and ordered them to pay £160 vehicle excise duty, for using a vehicle to which a higher duty rate applied.
