WESTERN SMT is to install an MDS 1200 Key Display data preparation system at its Kilmarnock headquarters. The system, which is worth £16,000, will have six key stations. It replaces ICL punched card equipment, which has been used for the past 10 years.
The company is also handling an increasing load on behalf of other members of the Scottish Bus Group and it has become necessary to increase its data preparation equipment.
