• Described by the manufacturer as a major development in the battle to keep down transport costs, the latest vehicle from Dennis Bros., a 15 ton g.v.w. Pax V. has recently been released to the company's distributor network.
One of the models in the range, a 10ft 8in. wheelbase tipper chassis, has an unladen weight of only 3 tons 12cwt.
The Pax V 15 is the first of the Dennis range to be equipped with an all glass-fibre cab, structure and outer panelling all being produced in this material. A Perkins 6.354 diesel engine is the standard power unit offered in the machine.
