Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BASED on a Hippo six-wheeled chassis, a heavy service and breakdown vehicle has been built by Leyland Motors, Ltd., for their service organization. It is the first of eight outfits scheduled to augment the present fleet over the next three years, and has been attached to the company's Boreham Wood depot.

A covered part of the body forms a comprehensive workshop with acetylene welding plant, and a portable grinding stone driven by compressed air from a reservoir. The jib, which has no vertical action, is mounted on a handoperated turntable and has a sweep of 160.° The sides of the body adjacent to the jib may be lowered. A load of 20 tons may be 'raised by the lifting gear.

At the rear is a winch driven from a power take-off on the gearbox. There is a device for mounting on the end of the chassis frame for stabilizing a towed vehicle.
