Start weight: 219Ibs (15st gibs) BMI: 30.7 Current weight: 209Ibs (14st 13Ibs) Target: 189Ibs (13st 7lbs) lam falling a bit behind in the weight loss stakes compared with my Adonis-like colleagues. I've been handicapped recently by the increased level of steroids that I have been required to take for ill-health, but I will shortly be unveiling my new secret weapon in the flab fight! I'm borrowing an exercise bike from one of my colleagues and I'm sure my wife will appreciate me pedalling away in the middle of our front room while she's trying to watch EastEnders!
