Extra clean-ups on the way
Safety-Kleen plans to expand its range of services to help workshops and paintshops comply with the Environmental Protection Act.
Areas currently under scrutiny include the disposal of contaminated diesel and petrol; filters from paint booths; and other waste streams.
Its oil filter collection system (W&AM April 1994) is proving successful, says the company.
