Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Dhe recently formed Bedford Owners Club held its first rally at Billing Aquadrome earlier this month jointly with the long established, and amicably related, Victor Owners Club.

First prize of a gold cup went to a splendid 1938 W-type three-way tipper (pictured) which was restored over a lesiurely 12 years by Bedford stalwart Peter Arnold.

The silver cup went to a wartime MWR 15cwt restored by Graham Church. Just six points separated the top nine entries, so high was the standard—what a pity there had to be any losers. Some of the other rarities included a 1936 BYC van entered by Joe Ovel and a post-war conversion of an MW into a Co-op milk float with its characteristic diamond-shaped badge. Perhaps the most curious entry was an exCyprus J-type bus, licensed to carry passengers and one tonne of freight on the roof, inside and on a dropped tailboard.

They don't make 'ern like that anymore (thank goodness—Ed).

Anyone who wants to join in the fun next year should contact Ron Ruggins do Corona, Leatherhead Road, Great Bookham, Surrey, KT2,3 4RB.
