• West Mercia Police, investigating the murder of Marie Wilks on Saturday 18 June on the M50, are asking for truck drivers who were using the motorway between 18.00 and 20.00Ius on that day to contact them.
HGV drivers who also used the A40, or the M5 north of Strensham, should contact the West Mercia Police incident room on (0905) 773691.
The Road Rescue Recovery Association is to issue identity cards to all its members and staff in response to the recent M50 murder of Marie Wilks.
In a move decided upon at its second annual general meeting last week, the association will send out more than 1,300 cards in the next three weeks.
The RRRA says: "We hope other organisations will follow our lead and also issue identity cards to their staff."
