• Between 10 and 25 representatives from British automotive component and design companies are visiting Russia in October.

The invitations have been arranged through the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and could lead to licensing and technology transfer agreements as the USSR modernises. Lucas Girling and Automotive Products already have agreements.
