Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TIR OPERATOR Laser Transport has taken delivery of six 12m(39.37ft) triaxle semi-trailers equipped with Rubery OwenRockwell running gear and Newsy self-levelling AR90 air suspension.

The RO-R Neway AR90 suspension was launched at this year's Amsterdam show (CM, Engineering News, February 11),and has a nominal 228mm tonne(9.8ton) rating.

Laser claims the specification of air suspension on its trailers not only protects fragile loads in transit, but also allows up to 18 months' use from super single tyres compared to only one year's wear from tyres fitted to trailers equipped with conventional mechanical suspension running the same distances.
