Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS replacements for its popular Gay Hostess double-deck motorway coaches, Ribble Motor Services Ltd. plans to introduce next year 60-seat Bristol VRL/LH double-deckers with ECW coach bodywork. These are likely to be Britain's first 36 ft double-deckers and are designed to cruise at up to 70 m.p.h.

These will be used on Standerwick/Scout services and by moving the staircase and entrance farther back on these vehicles, passengers on both decks will have a clear forward view. There will be toilet facilities in a compartment adjacent to the Leyland 0.680 engine.
