Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PLANT valued at a quarter of a million dollars has been laid down at the works of the White Motor Co., Cleveland, for the production of the White Horse van, Readers will remember that reference was made to this interesting vehicle in this paper some months ago (November 11, 1938) and that its driving unit is a separate component from the rest of the machine.

Rear wheels, axle, transmission and air-cooled engine form an assembly which can be detached with remarkable facility, and equally easily fixed in position. The operation of securing the coil springs and stabilizer, and of coupling up the forward rubber ball mounting takes (it is stated) two men less than 20 minutes.

"-Chassisless construction" is employed for the complementary unit, the body and frame members being welded into an integral structure.
