THE gas crisis in the West Midlands, which stopped production in many factories recently, impinged on COMMERCIAL MOTOR last week. An agitated spokesman from the West Midland Gas Board was desperate for a butane tanker "immediately".
We were glad to give the Board the telephone numbers of several operators whom we thought might help.
