Up at 5am to go to Penrith for a 6am start for a major food distribution company. I collect a Scania fridge trailer which had been brought up from Alfreton. Travel to a large regional distribution centre at Grangemouth. Sometimes I tip in 45 minutes and other times it takes two-and-a-half hours. I go on to Bellshill and load another 10 pallets, then to Glasgow to collect a dozen more. Head back to Penrith for 5pm. unload, fill up with fuel and go home.
