• Sempol Surfaces' anti-slip F 100 epoxy resin flooring system has been applied to the floor of the British Gas transport depot at Pocket Nook, St Helens, which in some areas was contaminated with oil and grease.
The old concrete surface was first removed with a Blastrac sealed shotblasting unit and four roller coats, each of 200 microns thickness, of Sempol F 100 applied, with the top coating containing calcinated bauxite aggregate to give anti-slip properies.
Sempol F 100 is readily steam cleanable.
