• Lucas is looking for a maximum of 1,000 parts and accessory retailers in automotive parts to participate in its new franchise scheme starting this month. This "parts station" concept operates through Lucas wholesalers.
To qualify as a parts station, selected retailers need to place an initial order of ,€1,000 to include the market leading B90 exchange alternators and starters, Lucas ignition plus one other Lucas product line.
This new concept has been devised to strengthen Lucas's place in the market. For retailers accepted for participation it means products at special prices, the provision of point of sale materials, and technical support.
